Properties:

   The glycerol monolaurate raw material is lauric acid and glycerin, so it is not only an excellent food emulsifier, but also a safe, efficient and broad-spectrum antibacterial agent. It is effective against common spoilage bacteria, fungi and yeast, and its antibacterial effect is affected. The effect of affecting PH is small, and it is better than common organic acid preservatives such as sorbic acid and benzoic acid. It has a good antibacterial effect against spoilage bacteria (E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis). Can replace nisin.

Application range:
Meat、flavoring、Bean products、flour products、Baked product、filling、Spicy food etc.
Usage:
Dissolve dispersed evenly  in the hot water of 70 ~ 80℃ in advance or edible alcohol,then add in food ingredients, stir well.
Recommended dosage: 0.1~0.35g/kg.
Storage conditions: closed,dry,cool,places.
